We do not build or construct the “set” or space where we will photograph the guests, unless you decide to use a standard paper or cloth studio backdrop with stands (like a step and repeat or like a traditional photo booth would use) that we can bring and set up. Typically our events already have design, planning and production teams in place responsible for the overall event so we act as a creative consultant and let them handle all the rentals and production. If you don’t have a planning or design team, or your team is limited we can work with you/them on what the space can look like and depending on how elaborate or simple you want it, hire a production team to build out the set for you, just give us a budget to stay within and we can make it happen! In that case, adding a couple items to the rental order and us bringing one of our backdrops is usually works great!

We will arrive with at least 2 team members (one photographer and one editor, occasionally an assistant), all the lighting equipment we need to pull off the studio look, a laptop for editing and publishing the images, and a printer(if it’s a part of your package). Optionally, as mentioned above, we can bring a custom backdrop for the space we will be using(if you package included it).

You/we/your planning team will still need to rent some items(or repurpose things form earlier in the day or other parts of the event) to bring the space together. A cool couch, or chairs, a rug, some florals for example..all of which we can walk you through and even do for you if needed, simply give us a budget for these things and we can pull it all together. We will also need a table and chair for the editing station. We can use existing elements of your venue providing there are unique and esthetically pleasing elements to place guest in front of. Like a grand staircase or interesting wall….A big part of the experience is having a space the guests will say “I have got to get a photo in front of that!” Again, this is usually done behind the scenes between us and your planning or design team so you don’t have to worry about it!
